Experienced Panel Beater – Bognor Regis

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK accident repair group for a Panel Beater at their modern facility in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a supportive, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replace and repair damaged bodywork panels to high‑quality standards.
• Carry out chassis and framework repairs accurately.
• Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods.
• Perform bumper and door repairs as required.
• Ensure all work meets internal and third‑party quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient and safe bodyshop operations.

Required profile

• Previous time‑served panel beating experience, preferably in accident repair, main dealer or bodyshop settings.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred; ATA Panel Beating accreditation advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools and equipment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
