Experienced Plumber – Full‑time, London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable plumber to join our expanding team on a busy responsive repairs contract in West Kensington. The role involves hands‑on plumbing work in occupied social‑housing properties, delivering high‑quality repairs and excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes, including fixing leaks, blockages and drainage issues.
• Replace taps, toilets, cisterns, basins and other sanitary ware.
• Repair or replace pipework, valves, fittings and work on unvented cylinders.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with hot‑water systems and radiators.
• Record job details, materials used and completion notes using handheld devices.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in good condition.
• Work respectfully in residents’ homes, keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours emergency rota as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially in occupied homes.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
