Experienced Plumber / Pipefitter

About the role

Heat Sync is seeking an experienced plumber/pipefitter to join its specialist heating and air‑conditioning team in the South East of England. The role involves delivering high‑quality installations across prestigious residential and commercial projects, from new‑build mansions to listed buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Install plumbing, heating systems, pipework and bathrooms on residential and commercial sites.
• Fit underfloor heating, hot and cold water distribution, and sanitary ware.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Carry out first‑fix and second‑fix plumbing to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with engineers and site teams on complex multi‑trade projects.
• Represent Heat Sync professionally on site with clients.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in plumbing and heating on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or working towards) and CSCS card.
