Experienced Plumber – Property Repairs

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced and qualified plumber to join our client’s property team, delivering repair and maintenance services across a range of residential properties while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Repair domestic plumbing installations and replace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level decks.
• Install kitchen sinks and new pipework, including copper, speed‑fit, waste and rainwater systems.
• Fit and repair sundry items such as taps, ball valves and drainage stop taps.
• Install and service water‑main supplies, heating system pipework and cylinder heads (vented or unvented).
• Fit domestic appliances including showers and washing machines.
• Maintain and renew cold‑water storage tanks.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or a minimum of five years’ experience in the trade.
• Proven experience working in occupied premises.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and health‑and‑safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Comfortable using mobile devices such as iPads or PDAs on site.
