Experienced Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hotel bedroom furniture projects from order through to installation. Based in Leeds, you will act as the central point of contact, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to our high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple hotel bedroom projects from order receipt to final installation.
• Manage timelines, budgets and project documentation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and logistics teams on‑site.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients and contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in furniture, fit‑out or manufacturing.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Enjoys collaborative, on‑site work environments.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
