Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (8+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our specialist team in Manchester. The role involves handling a full spectrum of property disputes for national and international clients, offering the chance to work on high‑value, complex matters within a Legal 500‑recognised firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property, landlord‑tenant, and service charge disputes.
• Lead dilapidation, insolvency, breach of contract, and professional negligence claims.
• Advise on possession of land, trespass, party wall, overage, coverage, and repossession matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice and negotiate settlements while maintaining client relationships.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents and represent clients in hearings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of client service.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork.
