Experienced Property Manager

About the role

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well‑established estate agency with over 30 years in the market and a portfolio of more than 75 residential properties. The role is based in South Woodford and involves delivering a high standard of service to both clients and tenants, ensuring every interaction is memorable and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out external property inspections
• Handling maintenance enquiries
• Arranging and visiting properties for end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs
• Controlling property licence applications
• Preparing court applications for possession
• Attending court hearings
• Meeting locksmiths and clients on bailiff appointments
• Cross‑selling sales, lettings and property management services
• Maintaining service levels, positive reviews and CRM data reporting

Required profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in property management
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Confident, dynamic, organised and ambitious with strong people skills
• Industry‑recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP or ARLA are advantageous
