Experienced Recruitment Consultant – GRC Specialist

About the role

JCW is seeking experienced recruiters specialized in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) to help businesses secure the talent they need. You will work in a hybrid setting, supporting both permanent and contract placements across a wide range of sectors, from finance and legal to cyber security and life sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for 360/full‑desk recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑/executive‑level candidates.
• Generate new business (hunting) and develop existing client relationships (farming).
• Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, preferably within governance, risk or compliance sectors.
• Minimum two years in a revenue‑generating recruitment role.
• Demonstrated new‑business development ability, both acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Competitive, goal‑driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
