Experienced Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. You will work in a hybrid environment, managing the full 360 recruitment cycle while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from business development to placement.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand your portfolio.
• Advertise vacancies, source candidates, and support colleagues with their searches.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
• Meet individual and team targets in a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and making placements.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and driven.
• Team player who also takes ownership of their own desk.
