Experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Orpington

About the role

Join a leading independent estate agency in Orpington, offering unrivalled local knowledge and a professional service across sales and lettings. The role is suitable for candidates with experience in either sales or lettings, with full training provided to develop the complementary skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Handle new enquiries and register applicants.
• Conduct marketing and canvassing activities.
• Maintain regular contact with applicants, vendors, landlords and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Manage properties ranging from £500,000 to over £1,000,000.
• Negotiate offers, secure lettings and progress sales.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or lettings within the property sector.
• Strong commitment to achieving results and professional development.
• Willingness to work a five‑day week, including Saturdays.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
