Experienced SEND Support Staff – Haringey Primary Schools

About the role

Join Protocol Education’s dedicated team delivering 1:1 and small‑group support to children with SEND in vibrant mainstream primary schools across Haringey. You will work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings, helping pupils access the curriculum, build confidence and make sustained progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small‑group SEND support in classroom settings.
• Assist pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech & language needs and other learning difficulties to engage with lessons.
• Follow EHCP targets and record progress against agreed outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
• Promote independence and positive relationships within busy school environments.

Required profile

• Strong experience supporting children with SEND in primary schools.
• Confidence working with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, speech & language and learning difficulties.
• Ability to build positive relationships, be reliable, nurturing and proactive.
• Capability to follow EHCP targets and work collaboratively with staff.
