About the role
We are recruiting an Experienced Teaching Assistant to join the SEN team at a vibrant secondary school in Hampton starting September 2026. You will work within a large, supportive department, helping students with special educational needs achieve their academic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist SEN students across various subjects in small‑group settings.
- Support the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
- Promote a safe and positive learning environment.
- Encourage proactive engagement and monitor student progress.
Required profile
- Commitment to helping students reach their attainment levels.
- Willingness to support behaviour management and promote positive behaviour.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Prepared to attend a registration interview and undergo enhanced DBS checks.
