About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join a busy, collaborative trademark team in the North West of England. The role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage a broad portfolio of trademark matters.

Key responsibilities

File UK and international trade mark applications and renewals.
Provide administrative and prosecution support to Trade Mark Attorneys.
Prepare trade mark documentation, reports and portfolio schedules.
Assist with trade mark recordals, formalities and general portfolio management.
Liaise with clients, overseas associates and official intellectual property offices.
Support the team across a wide variety of trade mark matters.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage own workload independently in a fast‑paced environment.
