Experiential Designer – London

About the role

A London-based brand experience studio is seeking a senior Experiential Designer to lead the creation of immersive, brand-focused environments across fashion, sport, beauty and culture projects. The role combines conceptual storytelling with hands-on spatial and 3D design, guiding projects from idea through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead experiential and spatial design from concept through delivery.
• Design immersive brand environments, activations, pop-ups and exhibition spaces.
• Translate creative concepts into 3D environments and production-ready outputs.
• Maintain creative consistency across all experiential touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external 3D and production partners.
• Support pitches, presentations and new business development.
• Guide junior designers and uphold design quality standards.
• Oversee materials, fabrication and production processes.
• Stay current with AI, 3D and emerging design tools.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in experiential, spatial or 3D brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experiential activations or branded environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring junior creatives is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per year.
