Expert Volkswagen Dedicated Technician – Prestige Roadside Support

About the Role

As a Dedicated Technician, you will be the face of excellence, providing high-end technical support and diagnostic expertise specifically for Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience.

Main Missions

• Provide premium roadside assistance and technical support for Volkswagen customers.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using manufacturer-specific tools and software.
• Manage end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact to successful repair completion.
• Execute warranty-related works and complex roadside technical interventions.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped Volkswagen Group service van.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Volkswagen or VAG group expertise.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating schedule (7 AM - 8 PM) including on-call shifts.
• Full driving license is mandatory.
