Export Operator – 4 days on / 4 days off

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Operator to join a well‑established freight forwarder based in the Heathrow area. The role operates on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off schedule, providing a balanced work rhythm while handling time‑critical air freight shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and manage airfreight logistics.
• Prepare and process Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
• Monitor shipment status, respond to emails, and ensure efficient collections and deliveries.
• Process customs entries and liaise with airlines, handling agents, and transporters.
• Maintain relationships with large key accounts and provide high‑level customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in air export operations, preferably with AOG handling.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, capable of managing key accounts.
• Willingness to work 7 am – 7 pm on a 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off roster.
