Exports Coordinator – Pet Relocation

About the role

The Exports Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end relocation of pets from the UK to international destinations. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide clients through the process, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for their animals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quotations, advice and travel information to prospective and existing clients.
• Plan and coordinate pet relocations from start to finish, handling bookings and documentation.
• Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
• Book flights with airlines and prepare required travel paperwork.
• Liaise with kennels, catteries and veterinary practices.
• Ensure compliance with airline requirements and destination country regulations.
• Maintain accurate records throughout each relocation.

Required profile

• Office‑based customer service experience.
• Strong English literacy, spelling and grammar.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Salary £26,500‑£29,000 per year, dependent on age and experience.
