Express Store Manager – Sherdley Park

About the role

As an Express Store Manager at Sherdley Park, you will lead a small‑format Asda Express site, ensuring a warm, friendly environment for both colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, from sales and profitability to safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales, maintain high standards, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Take ownership of store performance, commercial delivery and cost control.
• Manage stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers.
• Maintain safety, compliance and all forecourt (PFS) requirements.
• Handle day‑to‑day people management with professionalism and care.
