External Reporting & Disclosures Associate

About the role

Join Morgan Stanley’s Disclosures team in Glasgow as an External Reporting & Disclosures Associate. You will support the production of European statistical and regulatory reports, working closely with finance, technology and control functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory balance‑sheet based external reporting in line with IFRS and European regulator requirements.
• Develop commentary and analysis to accompany the disclosures.
• Manage the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of quarterly reports.
• Troubleshoot data issues, escalating where necessary to line management.
• Respond to review questions and provide clarifications on disclosed information.
• Present disclosures and analytical insights to senior finance stakeholders.
• Maintain written procedures and uphold key control documentation.
