External Site Manager – Social Housing

About the role

Connolly Ltd is seeking experienced Site Managers to lead external works on social housing projects across Leeds and Bradford. The role focuses on window and door replacements, external wall insulation, and decarbonisation schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications and programme of works.
• Prepare progress reports, monitor programmes and sign off quality control documents.
• Manage delegated budgets in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Coordinate team members, set objectives and allocate work appropriately.
• Oversee induction processes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide tradesmen with required materials and equipment.
• Maintain a satisfactory site environment and ensure quality of all work.

Required profile

• Proven track record of site management on social housing projects.
• SMSTS qualification (in‑date).
• First Aid at work certification.
• Asbestos Awareness desirable.
