About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to support early years classrooms across schools in Bristol. This position offers flexible part‑time or full‑time hours within the school day, allowing you to tailor your schedule week by week.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse assessment data and implement strategies to raise pupil achievement.
- Manage and support HLTA/LSA assistants in the classroom.
- Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of the group.
- Encourage pupil participation in both social and academic activities.
- Assist with behaviour management and promote social‑emotional development.
- Follow all school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, health and safety.
Required profile
- Experience of early years teaching in any capacity.
- Early years or education degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Availability to work between 08:30 and 15:30 on weekdays during term‑time.
Required skills
- Ability to use assessment data to inform teaching.
- Experience managing classroom assistants.
