EYFS Teacher – Full‑time Temp‑to‑Perm (Gillingham)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a range of primary schools in Gillingham on a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm basis starting September 2026. The role involves delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and supporting the development of a mixed‑age cohort.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
• Maintain effective classroom behaviour management and a safe learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and development areas.
• Collaborate with senior staff and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
• Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1 with a strong interest in early years education.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or DBS on the update service).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
