EYFS Teacher – Full‑time Temp‑to‑Perm (Sittingbourne)

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an EYFS Teacher for a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position starting in September 2026 in the Sittingbourne area. The role involves delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum across a range of primary schools, from small community settings to larger multi‑form institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the EYFS curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging and age‑appropriate.
• Provide appropriate challenge and support for each pupil in your cohort.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress and development needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1 with a genuine interest in early years education.
• Enhanced DBS (DBS update service highly desirable).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
