EYFS Teacher - Harrow

About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting an EYFS Teacher for a specialist primary school in Harrow. This full‑time position starts in September 2026 and begins as a temporary contract with the prospect of becoming permanent. You will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering high‑quality early years education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative EYFS lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress accurately.
• Develop communication and social skills through structured activities.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school staff to achieve positive outcomes.
• Build professional relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong knowledge of early years practice and development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
• Patient and flexible approach to teaching.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and current educational practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early years curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning needs and abilities.
