About the role
Teaching Personnel is partnering with several welcoming primary schools in Southport and the surrounding area to recruit Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers for Nursery and Reception classes. The positions are needed immediately and for the September start, offering a chance to join vibrant early years settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support children’s development through play‑based learning.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor progress and provide targeted support at key developmental stages.
Required profile
- Qualified Nursery or Reception teacher with the appropriate EYFS training.
- Passion for early years development and a commitment to high‑quality teaching.
- Willingness to work in various primary schools across Southport.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of phonics and early years pedagogy.
