About the role
Reed Education is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Brighton. This full‑time, permanent role offers the chance to shape early years learning and make a lasting impact on young children in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and tailored support.
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to support student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in the EYFS or a similar early years role.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
