EYFS Teaching Assistant – Mornings Only (Heswall)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Heswall on a mornings‑only basis. Working five mornings each week, you will support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering EYFS activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to children as needed.
- Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Help maintain classroom resources and ensure safety standards.
- Record observations of children’s progress and share with the teaching team.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in EYFS or a primary school setting.
- Enthusiastic, caring and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
