FA Administrator – Hybrid – Up to £35k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FA Administrator to join our growing Independent Financial Advice practice in North West London. You will work alongside advisers and paraplanners, providing essential administrative support throughout the financial planning process while enjoying a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications for pensions, investments and protection.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third‑party partners.
• Prepare review packs and support annual review meetings.
• Monitor business pipelines and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist advisers and paraplanners with day‑to‑day administration.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
• Proven ability to process pensions, investments and protection business.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
