Fabric Consultant – Microsoft Fabric & Azure Data Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Fabric specialist to help shape enterprise data strategies for our clients. The position is hybrid, primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites and visits to our London office. You will work alongside top consultants, delivering modern analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Microsoft Fabric Subject Matter Expert for customers.
• Deliver client‑facing workshops, discovery sessions and Microsoft‑funded enablement programmes.
• Design and present technical solutions, building modern data platforms using Fabric and Azure technologies.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL solutions and scalable analytics architectures.
• Create presentations, proposals and technical solution decks.
• Support pre‑sales activities and help secure new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data, AI and consulting teams to deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy.
• Experience with Azure Data technologies such as Synapse, Data Factory or Databricks.
• Proven stakeholder management and client‑facing consulting experience.
• Ability to lead workshops, presentations and customer discussions.
• Data modelling and data engineering experience.
• Python experience is beneficial.
• Microsoft certifications such as DP‑600 and DP‑700 are highly advantageous.
