Face-to-Face Sales Representative

About the role

Join Freddie's Flowers as a Face-to-Face Sales Representative and become the brand ambassador at events, pop‑ups and high‑traffic locations across the UK. You will meet new people, spark conversations about our flower subscription and gifting services, and turn curious passers‑by into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Freddie's Flowers at festivals, lifestyle events, premium brand collaborations and pop‑up locations.
• Engage visitors in genuine conversations, explain the subscription and gifting model, and close sales on the spot.
• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including weekends, which are the busiest and most rewarding days.
• Collaborate with a fellow field teammate to optimise coverage, travel logistics and sales performance.
• Provide feedback to the head‑office team to help refine event planning and product positioning.

Required profile

• Enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a conversation‑driven environment.
• Motivated by performance‑based earnings and willing to work flexible hours, especially weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions during spring, summer and early autumn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage a dynamic schedule across multiple locations.
