Facilities Management Technician – London

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Technician to join Workspace Group’s dedicated facilities team in London. The role involves travelling across South and West London to ensure our flexible office spaces are safe, clean and fully operational.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular health‑and‑safety and compliance inspections across multiple sites.
• Maintain common and landlord areas, including cleaning, painting and general upkeep.
• Log and update work orders in the CAFM system, ensuring timely completion.
• Test and service fire safety equipment, lifts, alarms, emergency lighting and other plant.
• Record monthly utility meter readings and support fire‑safety drills.
• Identify hazards, report findings and assist with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Relevant previous experience in facilities or fabric engineering.
• Health & safety or trade qualification/training.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
• Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations and procedures.
