Facilities Supervisor – London & Oxford

About the role

We are seeking two Facilities Supervisors to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our offices in London and Oxford. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, each supervisor will lead a small on‑site facilities team, manage contractors and ensure the smooth delivery of building services for roughly 100 staff members per site.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in implementing lifecycle maintenance plans.
• Manage, liaise with, and coordinate all contractors on site.
• Oversee service level agreements, building‑related service delivery and tenant issues.
• Set up meeting rooms, ensuring layouts, equipment and supplies meet internal requirements.
• Raise and resolve maintenance tasks via the CAFM system.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and supervision of a small facilities team.
• Approve invoices within delegated authority and ensure timely processing.
• Participate in health & safety committees and ensure compliance with legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and contractors.
• Ability to work autonomously and make operational decisions.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

Required skills

• Experience using a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.
