Factory Operative

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a large manufacturing operation in Dover. The role involves working on the end of the production line, handling large sheet products and ensuring they are correctly palletised and recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Remove sheets from the conveyor belt and stack them onto pallets.
• Count and log the number of sheets per pallet and perform basic quality checks.
• Operate overhead cranes and a counter‑balance forklift to move pallets within the factory.
• Use handheld tools and machinery to support production flow.

Required profile

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, fast‑paced work.
• Willingness to work in high‑temperature environments.
• Disciplined work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport for the Dover location.
