About the role
The Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a proactive Faculty Administrator to support its East Anglia Faculty and deliver regional member initiatives across Central and East England. This part‑time, hybrid role combines event coordination, member engagement, and administrative oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver local and regional member support initiatives and events.
- Support the East Anglia Faculty by analysing member demographics and needs.
- Create an annual Faculty plan covering learning, engagement and wellbeing activities.
- Process Fellowship applications from local members.
- Provide committee support and work closely with volunteers.
- Manage social media platforms for the Faculty.
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for Faculty activities.
Required profile
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Experience supporting committees and working with volunteers.
