Family Care Solicitor – Children Panel (3‑5 yrs PQE)

About the role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm’s Family Law team, focusing on high‑quality children care work with hybrid flexibility and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of public and private Children Law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Handle care proceedings, interim care orders, emergency protection orders, special guardianship orders, adoption matters and private children law cases.
• Represent clients throughout proceedings, providing expert legal advice, strong advocacy and exceptional client care.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience as a Children Panel Solicitor.
• Current Children Panel Accreditation.
• Significant experience across both public and private children matters.
• Excellent advocacy, communication and client relationship skills.
