Family Enrolment Specialist

About the role

Kindred Nurseries is looking for a Family Enrolment Specialist to drive occupancy growth across its network of nurseries and preschools. Working remotely with regular travel to sites, you will combine sales, marketing and community engagement to support families throughout the enrolment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Occupancy Manager and Marketing Team in creating and executing local campaigns that generate qualified enquiries.
• Travel to nurseries to provide in‑person coaching, support the full family conversion journey and implement targeted action plans.
• Collaborate with multiple nurseries to ensure consistent occupancy processes and share best practices.
• Lead community awareness initiatives, support open days, events and family engagement activities.
• Deliver training on sales, conversion and marketing best practice and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Passionate about people, engagement and making a positive impact on children’s early years.
• Experience in sales, marketing or community engagement, preferably within the early years or childcare sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
