Family Law Partner – Boutique Practice in Midlands

About the role

Join a highly respected family law department in the West Midlands as a senior partner. You will work from the Birmingham city‑centre office, supporting high‑net‑worth and high‑profile clients on complex family matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the family law team, driving growth and managing KPIs.
• Handle privately funded cases including divorce, financial remedy, domestic violence, children law, emergency applications and special guardianship matters.
• Develop and implement new processes, manage recruitment and contribute to business development.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing high‑net‑worth clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years PQE, currently at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level.
• Extensive experience with complex, high‑value family law matters.
• Proven ability to manage a team and contribute to departmental growth.
• Strong client‑facing skills with HNW individuals.
