About the role

Join a highly‑ranked family law team in Bristol, working alongside an inspiring Head of Department who is hands‑on and supportive. You will manage your own caseload from day one while benefiting from mentorship on complex, high‑net‑worth matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce and financial settlements.
• Manage private children matters.
• Advise unmarried couples on relationship issues.
• Draft and review pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
• Represent high‑net‑worth clients with businesses, property portfolios and trusts.
• Promote out‑of‑court resolutions through mediation, round‑table meetings and other dispute‑resolution methods.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Solid background in private family and children law.
• Practical, down‑to‑earth approach and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Desire to develop within a supportive, non‑pressure‑cooker environment.
