Family Solicitor – High-Value Cases

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm in Wiltshire. The role offers a blend of high‑value, complex family matters and flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, injunctions and nuptial agreements.
• Handle multi‑jurisdictional financial remedy cases and international child relocation matters.
• Work on offshore trusts and complex financial structures, often involving assets exceeding £10 million.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on high‑value cases and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid family law experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value cases and multi‑jurisdictional assets.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ambition to grow within a progressive firm.
