About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a qualified Family Solicitor to join its busy high‑street practice in Leatherhead. You will manage a varied family law caseload while benefiting from strong paralegal support, flexible working arrangements and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

Handle financial remedy settlements and applications.
Draft and negotiate separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Manage ToLATA matters and cohabitation disputes.
Prepare pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
Represent clients in domestic abuse cases, including FLA applications.
Advise on and negotiate child arrangements matters.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in family law (exceptional newly qualified candidates will also be considered).
Proven ability to manage an independent family law caseload.
