About the role

Join a top‑tier law firm recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. As a Family Solicitor you will provide specialist advice and representation across a full spectrum of family and children matters for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, financial remedies, international child abduction, adoption, injunctions and maintenance issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior solicitors, trainees and caseworkers.
• Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high‑quality service and continuity.
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities to grow the department.
• Deliver training and professional development sessions within the family department.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a clean, valid practising certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in family, matrimonial and children law, preferably with high‑value divorce matters.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop junior staff.
• Strong client‑care approach and commercial awareness.
• Interest in business development and marketing.
