Family Solicitor

About the role

We are expanding our Family Law team and are looking for qualified solicitors to join us on a hybrid basis. You will manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters, providing a client‑focused service from intake through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied family law caseload, negotiating outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Record all case information accurately using our case management system.
• Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit targets.
• Draft, review and audit legal documents and correspondence.
• For senior or lead positions, provide line‑management, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to departmental strategy and marketing.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX‑qualified with experience in privately funded family law matters.
• Proven track record of meeting chargeable and billing targets.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and resilience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a case management system.

What we offer

• Hybrid working – one day per week in the office and the rest remote.
• Salary £34,000‑£48,000 per year, dependent on experience.
