About the role

Join a respected, modern law firm in Swindon as a Family Solicitor. You will work within a supportive, people‑centred team that handles a steady flow of private family matters, allowing you to develop both technically and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution and related financial remedy matters.
• Handle private children matters, complex arrangements and cohabitation agreements.
• Draft and negotiate pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
• Provide advocacy, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
• Build long‑term client relationships and support business development activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience in private family law (higher PQE welcomed).
• Strong grounding in divorce, finances and children matters.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Compassionate, strategic and solutions‑focused mindset.
