Fan Creator Relationship Manager

About the role

Join LEGO as a Fan Creator Relationship Manager and become the primary liaison between the brand and its global community of adult fans and creators. You will shape how LEGO engages, recognises, and collaborates with passionate creators, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture direct relationships with recognised Fan Creators, safeguarding brand perception and delivering high‑quality experiences.
• Design and execute innovative engagement initiatives such as exclusive events, panels, and behind‑the‑scenes opportunities.
• Develop platform‑specific engagement guidelines, toolkits, and safety protocols in partnership with internal teams.
• Leverage fandom trends to drive advocacy, talent pool growth, and commercial value.
• Collaborate with Product Groups, Adults Engagement, Fan Marketing, Corporate Brand Communications, the LEGO Agency, Confidentiality Team, and local markets to enhance community impact.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate brand risk on high‑reach platforms, ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
• Work with Analytics and Insights to set KPIs, track performance, and demonstrate the team’s business enablement.
• Mentor and support executional work within the fandom space, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Significant proven experience managing relationships with creator communities or similar fan‑engagement roles.
• Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach to measuring impact and informing strategy.
• Excellent risk‑assessment skills and ability to act quickly on brand‑related issues.
• Passion for LEGO’s brand and its adult fan ecosystem.
