Fault Coordinator

About the role

As a Fault Coordinator you will support the Commercial and Operational Support teams, ensuring that field activities and related documentation are accurately recorded and billed. You will act as a liaison between field crews, the reinstatement department and the performance analyst to keep data up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily field activities via field mobility systems, auditing mobile and photographic compliance.
• Process requests for extensions or amendments to notices and permits.
• Update systems with excavation measures and reconcile work activities for the reinstatement department.
• Provide information to the performance analyst and ensure works are billed correctly.
• Perform general administrative duties and support the call desk.

Required profile

• Experience in the utilities sector (desired but not essential).
• IT‑savvy and able to work with management systems.
• Strong ability to prioritise workload and multitask.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
