F&B Supervisor – Premium London Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a premium London hotel that offers Michelin-level dining and luxury hospitality. The role will oversee the restaurant, room service, lounge and corporate meeting areas, ensuring a polished and guest-focused service throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the restaurant, room service, lounge and corporate meeting services.
• Lead and motivate the on-shift team, maintaining smooth, polished service.
• Uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness, uniform compliance and service delivery.
• Conduct clear handovers and communicate effectively with the wider hotel team.
• Assist with training, coaching, stock control, rotation, waste management and daily procedures.
• Identify sales opportunities while keeping the guest experience central.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, licensing and company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior waiter ready to step up.
• Fine-dining background in a 5-star, rosette, Michelin-starred or luxury restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, room service and high-end guest care.
• Calm, hands-on approach with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering consistently high standards.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
