FCA Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

As an FCA Customer Service Coordinator you will deliver first‑class support to customers and retail partners operating within a highly regulated FCA environment. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site in Bracknell, and is a long‑term contract role for a full‑time professional.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to a high standard.
• Answer queries related to the finance application process.
• Assist customers with completing and submitting finance applications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and transactions in line with FCA guidelines.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legislative and FCA requirements.
• Resolve customer or retailer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers and customers.
• Provide support to dealerships in managing finance applications and queries.
