Fee Costing Analyst – Commercial Finance (9‑month contract)

About the role

You will join a large, well‑established charity as a Fee Costing Analyst on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is commercially focused, supporting fee uplifts, contract negotiations, tender activity and commercial reporting while working closely with finance business partners and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain costing models and analyse contracts and financial information.
• Monitor commercial performance and provide insight to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support fee uplifts, contract negotiations and tender submissions.
• Identify business development opportunities and ensure contractual activities are managed compliantly.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience interpreting financial data and contractual information.
• Proven ability to work with finance and operational stakeholders and translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience in social care, healthcare, public sector commissioning or contract‑focused environments is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
