Female Care Assistant – Full‑time (Day or Night)

About the role
Join Agincare as a Female Care Assistant at Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth. You will provide personal care and support to female residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence and well‑being during day or night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing and toileting.
- Administer and accurately record medication.
- Support daily living activities and encourage social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and overall well‑being.
- Work collaboratively as part of a person‑centred care team.
Required profile
- Compassionate, kind and good with people.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
Required skills
What we offer
- £12.76 per hour.
- Full‑time 42‑hour week with alternate weekends.
- Day or night shift options.
- Funded training up to QCF Level 5.
- Refer‑a‑Friend bonus up to £1,000.
