Female Care Assistant – Home Care (Eastbourne)

About the role

Join Agincare as a Female Care Assistant providing personal care to women in their own homes across Eastbourne. You will help clients maintain dignity and independence while delivering compassionate support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care to female clients in their homes, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship, engage in conversation, and support emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff.

Required profile

• Passionate about helping others and able to work independently.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Availability to work alternating weekends as part of a full‑time schedule.

• Strong empathy and caring nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
